BookIt was envisioned as a smart, user-friendly platform for managing appointments, bookings, and scheduling across multiple industries — from salons and clinics to service providers and co-working spaces. The client wanted to simplify the booking experience while providing powerful back-office tools for vendors.

The Challenge

The client needed a scalable platform that could manage high volumes of simultaneous bookings with built-in calendar syncing, real-time slot availability, and automated notifications. Additionally, the platform had to support multiple vendor types, service categories, and integrations with Google/Outlook calendars.
